Free Divorced Passions Instant Messaging
On this page, you'll find basic information regarding the
Divorced Passions
Instant Messenger option.
Access the IM system by clicking on the 'IM Available' link within a member's profile,
just below their photo.
Note : You will not see the 'IM Available' link unless you are logged into the site,
and the member you are attempting to IM is also online.
INSTANT MESSENGER REQUIREMENT
Please note that you must have your pop-up blockers turned
off in order for the Divorced Passions Instant Messenger system to work.
Please verify that you have disabled any pop-up
blockers on your system now.
The easiest way to check your IM Availability is to click the
IM Available link on your own profile page.
If an IM window appears, you can receive IM messages from other
members.
If an IM window does not appear, then it is likely you have a pop-up blocker in
place on your computer.

INSTANT MESSAGE INFORMATION
1) The IM system allows private text, audio and webcam chat between members.
2) Once you have logged in, the Passions Network system checks once a minute to determine if you have recieved an
Instant Message.
3) When sending an Instant Message, please keep in mind that it can take up to a minute for it to appear on the
recipients computer...depending on when the system last checked for new messages.
4) The Instant Message pop-up box will not appear on the recipients computer until you have typed something, and
hit submit.
5) The Instant Message pop-up box will not appear on the recipients computer
if they have not disabled their pop-up blockers. If that is the case, you will see
a message saying the member is not available.
6) Please note that offensive displays and/or offensive behavior is not tolerated.
7) The same Terms of Service
apply within the Instant Messenger, as on the sites.
